Manifestation

What is it that you really want? You must decide that first. Then write it in the present. That looks something like, "I am so happy and grateful I have..." go into minute detail about what you want. Keep it very positive. Choose your words with care.

If it's good health you want focus on what you can do with your healthy body. e.g., go for long walks on the beach, take a hiking vacation, etc. If it's money you want focus on what it is you want to have as a result of having money. e.g. I am enjoying my new home, new car, etc. Again be specific with the details.

Use EFT techniques or whatever means you use to clear any contradictory thoughts regarding what you just asked for. You have to believe it is coming to you without any doubts. We already know that the universe is not selective and picks up on all of our thoughts, good or bad, negative or positive.

Visualize the life you are living with the things you have requested from the universe. Really indulge yourself with these thoughts. Every person you or I have heard who has attained all they desire emphatically states that they visualize the end result. Really live it in your mind. Feel how good it feels.

Now let it go out into the sky so blue, up, up and away to the universe. Don't give it another thought. Detach from the outcome. Remember a watched pot never boils. The universe will deliver in its own time. Your job is to take the steps towards implementing what you want and know that it will be delivered to you no matter what.

Listen, Look & Stop

Are you feeling tired, fed up and overwhelmed? Are you ready for a break? Are you going to take that break just as soon as you finish all of the things that you think need to be done?

News flash..things will never be finished. Don't be fooled into thinking you will relax after you answer all of your emails or make one last call for the day. If you keep on doing the same thing over and over the only thing you will attract is illness. Then you will have to take time off for yourself.

When you are feeling the most stressed out and most overworked or overwhelmed by things, that's the time to listen to what your body is telling you, look at what is really important in your life and stop what you are doing and take a break. Refer back to my ealier blog about taking time to be selfish.

Give yourself permission to take some time off each day just for you. It doesn't matter what time of the day you do this, it does matter that you do it. For your physical self and for your mental well being. You will attract a lot more of the good things you want in life when you are in balance with all things.

Try it for one week and see how you feel at the end of that time.

White Heat of Desire

When you want to have something in your life, let's say lots of money for example, you must be able to visualize yourself already in possession of the money.

You must have a white heat of desire that is so strong it becomes an obsession. Now put a plan into action. Exactly how much money do you want to have? What actions are you going to implement to obtain this money? By when will you possess this money? Ready or not start taking the steps to put your plan into action. Put the whole outline in writing. Written goals that are specific will be achieved. Copy it onto index cards and read it out loud at least twice a day. Carry it in your pocket where you will always be reminded of it.

America is still the land of opportunity. As a free enterprise you are unlimited in the potential ways to have your desires fullfilled. You can make it happen if the desire is strong enough. Every great leader in the world started with a daydream and brought it into fruition. The turtle waits inside the egg. The pine tree waits in the pine nut. Reality is the maturity of a dream.

Where is Your Energy Directed?

Do you ever have the feeling of being pulled in several directions at once? Have you ever been in the middle of a conversation with someone, your cell phone goes off and you forget what you were talking about? Or you are in the middle of reading a really good book and someone demands your attention and then you realize you don't remember what you just read and have to read it again!

Stop your energy and time from being wasted by these distractions. The things that are important to you should be kept in the forefront, not put on the back burner. Just like anything else it will help if you stay focused. That will manifest the desired result.

To get yourself back on track take a few minutes each morning to quickly write your day's agenda. List your top 5 priorities for the week. List 4 important actions you can do today to bring these priorities to fruition. Prepare for and eliminate the distractions.

Taking the time to write down your priorities and making plans to avert distractions, will enable you to stay focused throughout your day.

For the coming week begin the morning by identifying and writing down your 5 priorities for the week. Next write the steps you can take to work toward achieving them. Then list any possible distractions and eliminate them immediately.

Wow..what a week you are going to have. Focused, laser sharp, and drawing to you your desired results.
